These Terms of Service govern your use of the Modern Witch Digital Spellbook mobile application and related services operated by Violet & Co. LLC.
By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the app. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Accounts
Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription Plans
The app offers Monthly and Annual subscription plans. Current pricing is displayed within the app..
Free Trial
If a free trial is offered:
You will not be charged during the trial period.
You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges.
If you do not cancel, your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are billed through your Apple ID account.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple account settings.
Billing and Refunds
All payments are processed through Apple's App Store. Violet & Co. LLC does not process payments directly and does not store payment information. Refund requests are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.
Premium Features
Certain features require an active subscription, including:
Full spell library access
Personal grimoire features
Spell history
Extended reference content and templates
User Content
You retain ownership of any notes, reflections, or other content you create within the app.
By using the app, you grant Violet & Co. LLC a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of operating the app. You agree not to upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time within the app. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Subscription management remains your responsibility through Apple.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all text, graphics, artwork, logos, software, and other content within the app are the property of Violet & Co. LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Educational Content
Modern Witch Digital Spellbook provides educational and informational content related to historical, cultural, and modern spiritual practices.
The app does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Violet & Co. LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
